Trying to lose weight? What really works

Trying to lose wight is literally something millions of people have difficulty with, most people starting a new diet will fail to achieve any considerable loss of pounds. Unfortunately, the average dieter is not addressing the issue the right way, this is due to the fact that very few who realize the role food chemicals play in keeping you overweight. Dieting will be a failure for most people due to the fact that the food today causes increases in body-weight. If you are trying to lose weight you must understand that until your body heals from food chemicals the body fat will remain.

Diet Soda

One of the worst choices you could ever make in your quest to losing excess fat would be to start drinking diet soda, fake sugars (sugar substitutes) have been shown in numerous of studies to actually cause a larger waistline, diet soda can cause weight gain and it has been linked to obesity in many people. The study, published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, discovered some frightening facts that should make us all swear off diet drinks and fake sweeteners. If you are trying to lose weight, be advised that diet soda is just one thing found that keeps the fat on the body.

  1. Diet sodas raised the risk of diabetes more than sugar-sweetened sodas!
  2. Women who drank one 12-ounce diet soda had a 33 percent increased risk of Type 2 diabetes, and women who drank one 20-ounce soda had a 66 percent increased risk.
  3. Women who drank diet sodas drank twice as much as those who drank sugar-sweetened sodas because artificial sweeteners are more addictive and are hundreds to thousands of times sweeter than regular sugar.
  4. The average diet soda drinker consumes three diet drinks a day.



The reason people are dieting and not getting the results they want is due to the food today which creates insulin resistant cells that make you fat. Insulin resistance cells leads to obesity and this is what many of the foods are doing. Losing the fat is difficult today because we are an insulin resistant people, processed foods have poisoned us, we are insulin resistant.

When researchers in Europe switched overweight people to an insulin resistance diet all trying to lose weigh lost it, it simply worked. in 17 countries.

A diabetic type diet works for people without or with diabetes and causes real weight loss
