A new study suggest that waist fat can

with incident heart disease and cancer after adjusting for clinical
risk factors and general obesity, the researchers found.
Dr. Caroline S. Fox, senior author on
the study and a senior investigator revealed the findings, what we
can learn is that fat around the belly is a very dangerous type of
fat, this can also occur in people who are not very large; many thin
people today are still carrying dangerous belly fat. The fact that
those who are trying to lose weight rarely drop stomach fat can mean
major health complications or even death.
Why stomach fat is so hard to remove
Today most stomach fat is caused by
inflammation and insulin resistance due to food chemicals, the food
today is highly processed and can lead to obesity. Processed foods
such as high fructose corn syrups are not natural and are included in
most sweetened food and drink, processed foods lead to cellular
